How claims and guides are maintained
The guides connect advice to tool behavior, dated test settings, and downloadable public samples. First-party tests describe the fixtures and browser used; they are not independent certification or a guarantee for every file or device.
When a result differs from the documentation, the most useful report includes the tool URL, browser version, selected settings, and the visible error. A small generated or anonymized example is easier to investigate than a private document.
